HT prepares students for a variety of employment positions such as Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Housekeeper/Room Attendant, Property Caretaker, and Food and Beverage Server in several industries including (but not limited to) hotel, property management, restaurant, convention and events, healthcare, long-term care, and other general office settings.  



Students FAQ

Resident of Ontario, 18 years or older, and legally allowed to work in Ontario.

HT provides the option of choosing online or in-classroom training (COVID restrictions may apply)

Virtual learners will need access to reliable internet connection. HT will provide the other supplies required to succeed in the program including written training material and a tablet if required.

All written training materials are supplied to the students.

HT Training has an employment rate of over 90% after completing the program.

Upon successfully completing the program, graduates receive a Tourism Certified Professional (TCP) designation along with First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, Smart Serve, and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) certificates in addition to job placement support. 

Above all, students come out with confidence, experience, and skills to get THE job as opposed to A job.

Each course takes place over 12 weeks.

HT will supply students with the teaching material and resources needed to succeed in both our in-person and virtual classes.
